Beware of fraudulent listing below “ already cut hair”

I gave this person some money to cut their hair. They just took my money and didn’t do anything. I believe it’s another one of these scams where they advertise that they have cut their hair and want to sell it but they’re just fishing for people who will either pay them some money or pay a down payment and never get back with them so please beware of this person that has the ad already cut hair
